This is Anna. She was in my chair yoga class at Friendship Center this past Tuesday. She recently had a stroke and she has a condition called Aphasia, a language/communication disorder. The administrator at Friendship Center mentioned that Anna was having a particularly hard day and was in a terrible mood. She convinced Anna to join us for yoga.

As you know, in 2015 I finished my 200 hour training in Purna Yoga. The physical yoga I teach is alignment based yoga, which focuses on precision and detail, and utilizes props where necessary.
