Public Classes
Weekday Series: Ashley offers a weekly class on Tuesdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Eastside Church in East Atlanta Village. This is an all levels class that focuses on mindful movement, details of alignment using props and therapeutics. It’s accessible and challenging at the same time! Every Tuesday Morning 10:30am: Ashley teaches a community chair yoga class at Friendship Center on Tuesday mornings.

Ashley takes a personal approach to each student and meets them where they are, whether it be a complete beginner or advanced practitioner who is looking to deepen their practice. Your Yoga Practice (6 Week Private/Semi Private Yoga & Meditation Series to Develop Your Own Practice) - In Person or Online:
Consistent practice and home practice are how we experience the true magic of yoga and meditation, but it's hard to know where to begin and what is essential. This 6 week private or semi private intensive (max 3 people) will help you find out what you need to become comfortable and pain free in your body. So whether you're working on hips/low back, shoulders/neck/upper back, ways to let go, rest and de-stress, Ashley can tailor the practice for you.
What Results to Expect:
This six week session will give you guidance and confidence to continue practicing on your own. You'll come away with more awareness of your body and mind along with tools to manage physical tension and mental stress.
How it Works:
You & Ashley will start with a consultation/yoga class to determine your specific needs then Ashley will design the program specifically for you. All classes will meet online via Zoom.
Resources Provided:
You’ll receive email handouts of certain poses, short exercises to practice on your own in between sessions. At the end of the series, you’ll have a custom yoga sequence to take with you so you can keep it up on your own.
